Deeply respected for her ability to establish relationships, quickly analyze client needs, and develop winning strategies, Gigi uncovers critical evidence and persuasively argues and resolves complex cases.

Gigi represents clients from individuals to key market players across diverse industries in small cases to multi-million dollar disputes.  She also advises other attorneys seeking Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania local counsel. Gigi’s successes include helping win dismissal of a proceeding against a leading U.S. supplier of coated optical fibers at trial before the International Trade Commission, helping secure a $394 million dollar win in a patent jury trial for a major global heart valve maker, and leading the team representing one of the largest big box retailers in the U.S. to win summary and a subsequent appeal in a Lanham Act proceeding.

A former diplomat with the U. S. Foreign Service and former international business consultant, Gigi continues her dedication to public service by maintaining an active pro bono practice. Her advocacy includes obtaining reversal before the Delaware Supreme Court of the termination of a young father’s parental rights and subsequently winning custody of the child for the father at the trial court level, obtaining multiple protection from abuse orders for battered women, and representing prisoners asserting civil rights violations.

Gigi is President of the Board of Central New York Ballet and serves on the Board of the Sarasota Cuban Ballet School.  She was a long-time board member and treasurer of Survivors of Abuse in Recovery in Wilmington, Delaware.
